Bartop King Kit

The Bartop King is our flagship bartop model designed specifically for 24″ screens. It is built using 16mm boards with a cam-lock mounting system, ensuring a solid construction and precise assembly that keeps the monitor perfectly secured and aligned within the cabinet.

Manufactured piece by piece using high-precision CNC technology, it includes a VESA mount board with 75mm and 100mm holes fixed to both sides via brackets, making it compatible with most monitors on the market. It can be assembled without special tools, providing a professional-grade result.

We recommend pairing it with a 24″ monitor to make the most of the screen area.

Special Features

Lockable rear door — Secure access to the interior for installing and wiring all components. Includes a key lock to maintain a clean and professional finish.

Lower hatch with bolt — Quick access to the underside of the control panel without dismantling the cabinet. Ideal for maintenance or swapping components on the CPO.

Acrylic slots — The King features integrated grooves to hold the marquee and screen acrylics without the need for glue or additional fasteners.

Customize your Bartop King

Using the product configurator, you can tailor the cabinet to your preferences before adding it to your cart. Below is an explanation of each option.

Material

The cabinet is manufactured using the material of your choice. All materials are 16mm thick.

Raw MDF — Medium-density fibreboard without a surface finish. Included in the base price. Ideal if you plan to paint the cabinet or apply vinyls directly onto a sanded, clean surface.
White Laminated Chipboard — Laminated surface on both sides. No painting or priming required. Vinyls adhere directly to the surface.
Black Laminated Chipboard — A dark finish that provides excellent contrast with bright-colored vinyls. The classic arcade look.

Button hole size

Choose the diameter based on the buttons you plan to install.

28 mm — American standard. Compatible with American-style buttons and Industrias Lorenzo PSL-L buttons.
30 mm — Japanese standard. Compatible with Japanese-style buttons (Sanwa), chrome buttons, and translucent illuminated buttons.

If you already have buttons, please check the diameter before choosing. Feel free to ask us if you have any doubts.

Speakers

No holes — The cabinet comes without perforations in the speaker area.
3″ Holes — Perforations are included, but speakers are not.
3″ Holes with 10W speakers — Includes a pair of 5W speakers with an amplifier, power supply, and wiring.
3″ Holes with 20W speakers — Includes a pair of 10W speakers with an amplifier, power supply, and wiring. More powerful sound than the 10W option.

If you select any option with holes, you can also add decorative grilles in various colors: Black, Grey, White, Gold, Silver, Chrome, Blue, and Red.

Vinyls (Graphics)

No — The cabinet is delivered without vinyls.
Yes — You will access a selector with multiple available designs.

If you select vinyls, choose the finish as well:

Matte — More resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
Gloss — More vivid and saturated colors.

U-Molding

U-molding is the plastic trim applied to the edges of the boards. It serves both an aesthetic purpose and protects the edges. The Bartop King requires 6 meters of 16mm u-molding.

Without u-molding — Choose this if you already have it or prefer to buy it separately.
Black / White / Blue / Red / Green / Yellow / Pink — 6 meters available in various colors.

Add-ons

Socket with switch	Power on/off button integrated into the cabinet.
4-way power strip	Distributes power to all internal components. Ready to connect to the switched socket.
Joystick routing (Recess)	CNC milling on the CPO so the joystick base sits deeper, providing more shaft height. Ideal for Eurojoystick 2 and Sanwa or Japanese-style joysticks without extenders.
Marquee + Screen acrylics	Protective plexiglass for applying vinyls to the marquee and creating a bezel for the monitor. They fit directly into the cabinet slots.
Upper Control Panel (CPO) Acrylic	Covers and protects the upper control panel with a transparent finish.
Lower Control Panel Acrylic	Same protection for the lower button panel.
Pinball holes	One hole on each side of the cabinet for pinball-style play.
