Bartop King XL Kit

The Bartop King XL is our bartop model specifically designed for 27″ screens, built on a 16mm board with a cam lock assembly system. A solid construction and precise assembly that ensures the monitor is perfectly fixed and aligned inside the cabinet.

CNC precision-cut piece by piece, it includes a VESA bracket with 75 and 100 hole patterns, fixed to both side panels via angle brackets, compatible with the vast majority of monitors on the market. It assembles without special tools and delivers a professional finish.

We recommend pairing it with a 27″ monitor to make the most of the screen opening.

Special features

Rear door with lock — Secure access to the interior of the cabinet for installing and wiring all components. Locks with a key for a clean finish.

Bottom door with latch — Quick access to the control panel interior without disassembling the cabinet. Ideal for maintenance or component changes on the CPO.

Acrylic slots — The King XL includes integrated slots to hold the marquee and screen acrylics without gluing or additional fixing.

Customise your Bartop King XL

From the product configurator you can tailor the cabinet to your preferences before adding it to the cart. Below we explain each option.

Material

The cabinet is built with the material you select. All materials are 16mm thick.

Raw MDF — MDF board with no surface finish. Included in the base price. Ideal if you plan to paint the cabinet or apply vinyl directly to the sanded and clean surface.
White Laminated Chipboard — White laminated surface on both faces. No paint or primer needed. Vinyl adheres directly.
Black Laminated Chipboard — Dark finish that contrasts beautifully with vivid vinyl designs. The classic arcade look.

Button hole size

Choose the diameter based on the buttons you plan to install.

28 mm — American standard. Compatible with American-style buttons and Lorenzo PSL-L.
30 mm — Japanese standard. Compatible with Japanese-style buttons, Sanwa, chrome and illuminated translucent buttons.

If you already have buttons, check the diameter before choosing. Feel free to ask us if you have any doubts.

Speakers

No holes — The cabinet ships without speaker perforations.
3″ holes — Holes are drilled, no speakers included.
3″ holes with 10W speakers — Includes a pair of 5W speakers with amplifier, power supply and wiring.
3″ holes with 20W speakers — Includes a pair of 10W speakers with amplifier, power supply and wiring. More powerful sound than the 10W option.

If you select any option with holes, you can also add decorative grilles in various colours: Black, Grey, White, Gold, Silver, Chrome, Blue and Red.

Vinyl

No — The cabinet is delivered without vinyl.
Yes — You will access a selector with multiple designs available.

If you select vinyl, also choose the finish:

Matte — More resistant to fingerprints and scratches.
Gloss — More vibrant and saturated colours.

U-Molding

U-molding is the plastic edge trim applied to the board edges. It serves an aesthetic purpose and protects the cabinet edges. The Bartop King XL requires 6 metres of 16mm u-molding.

No u-molding — If you already have some or prefer to source it separately.
Black / White / Blue / Red / Green / Yellow / Pink — 6 metres available in various colours.

Accessories

Socket with power switch	On/off power button integrated into the cabinet.
4-socket power strip	Distributes power to all internal components. Ready to connect to the socket with power switch.
Joystick recess	Routed recess in the CPO so the joystick base raises the joystick height. Ideal for Eurojoystick 2 and Sanwa or Japanese-style joysticks without an extender.
Marquee + screen acrylics	Allows vinyl to be applied to the marquee and screen, enabling a monitor bezel. Slots directly into the cabinet grooves.
Upper CPO acrylic	Covers and protects the upper control panel with a transparent finish.
Lower CPO acrylic	Same for the lower control panel.
Pinball holes	One hole on each side of the cabinet in pinball style.
