How much are the shipping costs?

Depends of the weight of your order. We have implemented a system that bundles your order and offers the best price. Add everything you want to buy to the shopping cart and you will see the shipping costs before finalising your order.

What payment methods are available?

Currently available payment methods are bank transfer, credit card payment, bizum and PayPal (extra cost of 2.5% of the total amount).

What kind of shipment do you do?

All deliveries outside Spain are handled by DHL.
We will send you the corresponding tracking codes as soon as the shipment has been dispatched.

Once we ship via DHL, it usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive at the destination and all packages could be delivered to you in different deliveries.

We usually ship according to the manufacturing time of the item.

Can I personalise the articles on the website?

Of course, if you would like to make any modifications to an item or would like us to make something custom-made, you can contact us for a quotation.

What happens when I place my order?

Once you place your order, our staff will start manufacturing the product in case it is an arcade kit. If it is a product that we have manufactured or something else, they will begin to package the product and process the shipment. We will send you a tracking code and inform you of the progress.

When will you have an item in stock again?

If there is an item you would like to purchase but we are out of stock, please let us know and we will let you know if it will be available again.
