The ARC Zero Delay USB interface for PS3/PC/Raspberry Pi is one of the cheapest and easiest to use options when building an arcade, pinball or fightstick machine project that is also compatible with a multitude of platforms.
Installation is very simple: just connect the joystick and buttons to the included cabling and plug it into the board, connect the USB cable to the PS3/PC/Laptop or Raspberry Pi, map the buttons to RetroPi or Mame, and you’re done! You can also use several Zero Delay interfaces at the same time.
When using Mame (multiple arcade machine emulator), each Zero Delay board is recognized as ‘Joy 1’, ‘Joy 2’ and so on, so building a multiplayer arcade machine has never been easier.
The Zero Delay board comes with all necessary wiring and a USB cable. When ordering, you can choose between 3 different options depending on your controls.
The 2.8mm option is suitable for Japanese style controllers such as Sanwa or Seimitsu, the 4.8mm option is suitable for American style controllers such as IL/Classic or Suzo Happ and we also have the 4.8mm option for American joystick and illuminated buttons which includes the 6.3mm cable to illuminate the LEDs.
